Music of Catalonian Composers February 12

The next concert is our popular Global Connections series features music of Catalonian composers.

Salvador Dalí, Antoni Gaudí, Pablo Picasso Antoni Tàpies and many others are among the stunningly original thinkers that have made the Catalonian region of Spain fertile ground for artistic innovation.

The field of music composition is no exception and this concert features works by dynamic composers pushing the boundaries of sound and limits of performers in stunningly original music.  Catalonian visual artists are well represented in Chicago and now ACM plans to do the same for composers.

Don’t miss this one-night-only performance!
