School Policies

Payments:
Payment is due in full at the beginning of each month by credit or debit card. If a payment is not received after 7 days, you forfeit your claim to your time slot. We then reserve the right to give that time to a new student.

We are on a recurring monthly enrollment cycle. If you wish to take a month off or leave the school please let us know before the first of the month that you’ll be taking off. Once the month begins you are committing to it until the end of the month.

First Lesson:
We take a credit card number to hold your slot for you when you first enroll at the school. If you do not show up or call to tell us that you will not come then your card will be charged for the one lesson.

Missed Lessons:
Please give us 24 hours notice if you have to cancel a lesson. If you know in advance you will miss a lesson please let the teacher know. We do not refund when the student misses but if the teacher is willing, they may reschedule the lesson at their discretion.

If the teacher has to miss a lesson he/she will find a substitute from our approved list or, a substitute cannot be found, the lesson will be refunded.

Studio:
Please arrive on time for your lesson. The teacher cannot go over the scheduled time slot. You are welcome to come into the studio early and wait in our seating area.

Parents are welcome to stay in the studio through their child’s lesson or pick up/drop off their child at the scheduled times. Please do not be late picking your child up.
