Virtual Cello Lessons
Taking cello lessons at ACM means being part of an organization that creates innovative programs like the Sound of Silent Film Festival and the Thirsty Ears Festiva, the country’s only classical music street festival.
ACM regularly commissions music from composers around the world and has been featured on PBS, NPR and in the Chicago Tribune and the Chicago Sun-Times to name a few.
As a non-profit with the mission of integrating musical creativity into everyday life, we encourage our students to create their own music in addition to learning the fundamentals.
We offer online cello lessons to adults and kids age 5 and up using either the traditional or Suzuki methods of teaching. Beginners are welcome and our teachers are able to teach all musical styles. Frequent virtual recitals gives students the chance to learn to perform with confidence.
As a non-profit with a focus on contemporary music, we teach musical creativity alongside note reading and encourage our students to play with each other in ensembles.
A half hour lesson is $36 and we’re on a monthly enrollment so it’s $144 per month. You can take a month off or leave the school at the end of any month.
