Christie Miller
Clarinetist Christie Miller is an active orchestral and chamber musician in the greater Chicago area. She has performed recently with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Elgin Symphony Orchestra, Contemporary Chamber Players, New Music DePaul and others. She has premiered new works by many Chicago composers and is currently the artistic director for Mostly Music at Northeastern Illinois University. She has performed as a soloist in Europe and Cuba. She earned her master of music performance degree from DePaul University and studied with Chicago Symphony clarinetist Larry Combs and Richard Nunemaker of the Houston Symphony.
