Nell Stanton is a Chicago-based violinist. A former member of the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, she performs regularly with the Hyde Park Chamber Players and the Kenosha Symphony Orchestra. Nell's festival experience includes Greenwood (Cummington, MA), Bay Chamber Concerts (Rockport, ME), Kneisel Hall (Blue Hill, ME) and Meadowmount (Plattsburgh, NY). Nell performs on a modern Italian instrument of disputed provenance and with a bow by Dutch maker Karel van der Meer.
