ADVOCACY - Our Advocacy

We advocate for composers by allowing them to hear their music, by hooking them up with performers, by bringing their music to new audiences and working to help contemporary audiences understand the importance of hearing newly composed music.


We do this through the following programs:

Weekly Readings
Each week during our regular season we record and post a new work by a living composer.

Composer Alive
Our annual summer-long Internet collaboration with an international composer

Composer Membership Program
Benefits to member composers allow them to hear their music played

Composer Alive: Eastern Expressions
Our 60 minute documentary film by director David Less follows our first international collaboration.
